Welcome to the OCA’s Electronic Registration for the 2010-2011 season!  We are pleased to offer convenient and fast electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members.  Please review the following information regarding this season’s registration.  If you have questions during the process please contact Alice Godfred (alicegodfred@gmail.com).

OCA is registering online only for the 2010-2011 season.

Please register athletes for their current practice groups or practice group assigned at team tryout. 

Adjustments for the fall will be made by the coaching staff in August.

All tabs must be complete for registration to be approved.  In addition to the three agreements in this registration there will be two additional forms requiring athlete signature that will be sent out for completion in early September.

Annual Administration/Registration Fee:  This fee will remain the same as the past season ($175 per athlete, maximum of $350 per family) and includes annual USA Swimming membership.  This is the only fee that will be charged during this registration process.

Training Fees: Training fees for 2010-2011 will begin billing on September 1.  No training fees are charged as part of this registration.

Changes in Training fees and structure:  As noted in the earlier letter to members the training fee structure will go through two changes this year.  Training fees will increase one to four percent depending on practice group and OCA will move to an 11 month billing cycle (no billing in August).  The monthly billing amounts and changes in annual training fees are outlined below.  Multi-swimmer and facility membership discounts remain the same as last season.

After you have submitted a registration it will be reviewed and you will receive email notification that it has been approved, or a request for clarification.
